Celestara Returns & Refund Policy

We hope you love your Celestara piece. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

• You may return unused, unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it.

• To start a return, please email thecelestarajewel@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

• We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

• Please contact us immediately if your item arrives damaged or defective. We will resolve the issue quickly.
